CoreCoach makes it simple to stay in touch with your clients. You can communicate in three ways:
Direct Message – One-on-one chat with a single client
Group Chat – Chat with multiple clients in the same conversation
Broadcast – Send the same message to multiple clients without them seeing each other’s replies
Opening a new chat
Go to the Clients Tab
Scroll to the Chat section.
Tap New Chat.
Choose a Chat Type
Select Direct Message, Group Chat, or Broadcast.
Select Participants
Choose the client(s) you want to include.
Tap Create to start the conversation.
Send Messages
You can send text, images, and videos directly within the chat.
Managing your chats
Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner to:
Rename the chat
Mute notifications
View Members
Add or Remove participants
Delete the chat
