How to Create a Habit Plan

Habit plans allow you to group multiple habits together and assign them as a structured sequence for your clients.

Before you begin

You must already have habits created — either using CoreCoach’s pre-built templates or your own custom habits.

Steps to create a habit plan

1. Go to the Clients Tab - Open Habit Plans

Navigate to the Clients tab, then open the Habits section at the top.

Inside the Habits section, tap on Plans.
This is where all existing habit plans will appear and where you can create new ones.

To create a habit plan, press the New Habit Plan Button


2. Add Plan Details

Enter your Habit Plan Name and Description.
Once you’re done, tap Next.


3. Select Habit Templates

You’ll now see a list of your previously created habit templates along with CoreCoach’s default templates.
Select the habits you want included in this plan, then tap Continue.


4. Configure Each Habit

On the Configure Templates page, you can:

  • Set how long each habit should run

  • Adjust when each habit starts

  • Reorder the habits by the time of day

When everything is set up the way you want, tap Continue.


5. Review & Save

You’ll see a summary of your Habit Plan, including all selected habits and schedule settings.
If everything looks correct, tap Create Plan.
