Follow these steps to log your workout inside CoreCoach.
1. Navigate to Your Training Calendar
Go to the Training tab.
You will see your training calendar, which displays all training days your coach has assigned.
If no workouts appear in your calendar, please reach out to your coach to ensure training has been assigned.
2. Open Today’s Workout
Select today’s date, or the date you want to log a workout for.
The workout name assigned for that day will appear below the calendar.
Tap the workout name, then tap Log This Workout.
3. Log Your Exercises
You will now see all exercises your coach has programmed for your workout.
Follow the tempo and instructions provided for each exercise.
Enter your weight (kg/lbs), reps, and RIR for each set.
Continue through each exercise until complete.
4. Exercise Options (Swap, History, Skip, Media, kg/lb)
For additional actions, tap the three dots (•••) on the right side of any exercise.
From here you can:
Swap Exercise
View Exercise History
Skip Exercise
Upload Media
Switch between kg and lbs
Swapping an Exercise
Tap Swap Exercise.
Search for an alternative exercise or choose from the suggested list of similar movements.
Select the replacement to update your workout.
5. Add Exercise Feedback
Tap the Feedback button on any exercise.
Rate the exercise.
Add optional notes for your coach (e.g., difficulty, pain, adjustments).
6. Complete Your Workout
Once all exercises are logged, tap Next.
Tap Mark as Complete to finish the workout.
You will now be able to view this session in your Workout History.
