How to Create a Service as a Coach

Services are required in CoreCoach to accept payments, sell products, or onboard clients. Every paid client must be connected to a service.

Below is the full process for creating a service inside the coach app.


1. Navigate to Services

  1. Open the Clients tab in the coach app.

  2. Swipe across the tab bar to Services.

  3. Tap Add New Service.


2. Basic Information

Here you’ll add the details your clients will see.

  • Service Name – What the service is called.

  • Description – Short explanation of what the service includes.

  • Service Thumbnail – Add an image (optional; may be coming soon).

Tap Next to continue.


3. Service Type & Pricing

Select how the service will be billed and configure the pricing.

Pricing Model

Choose from:

  • Subscription

  • One-time

  • Installment

  • Free

Earnings Overview

Shows what the client pays vs. your approximate earnings after processing fees.

Base Price

Enter the price of the service.

You can enable Include processing fee if you want Stripe fees passed onto the client.

Billing Starts

Choose when billing begins:

  • On purchase

  • Specific day of week

  • Future date

  • Delay of X days/weeks

Charge Every

Set the billing interval:

  • Days

  • Weeks

  • Months

  • Years

Optional:

  • Intro pricing

  • Setup fee

Tap Next.


4. Terms & Conditions

Enable or disable options based on how flexible your service is.

Allow clients to cancel

  • Off → clients cannot cancel in-app.

  • On → choose:

    • Anytime

    • After minimum term (define number of cycles)

Allow clients to pause

  • Off → no pausing.

  • On → choose:

    • Anytime

    • After minimum term

    • Set the maximum number of allowed pause cycles.

Offer refunds

Toggle on/off.

Additional terms

If enabled, type any custom terms the client must agree to.

Tap Next.


5. Welcome Email

This email is sent automatically after a client pays their first cycle.

You can:

  • Enable/disable the welcome email

  • Attach a file (PDF, onboarding document, etc.)

  • Add an email subject

  • Write your welcome message

Tap Next.


6. Review & Activate

On the final page, review all service details:

  • Service name

  • Pricing

  • Billing settings

  • Terms & conditions

  • Welcome email status

If everything is correct, toggle Active to make the service available to clients.

Tap Finish to create the service.
