1. Navigate to the Services Page
Go to the Clients tab.
Select Services.
Tap Create New Service.
2. Add Basic Service Details
Enter the service name and description.
Upload a thumbnail image for the service.
Tap Next to continue.
3. Choose the Service Type & Pricing
You can choose between:
Subscription
One-time payment
Installment plan
Free
If using pricing:
Enter the base price.
(Installments only) Enter the number of installments.
Toggle Include Processing Fee if you want Stripe’s fee added to the client’s price automatically.
4. Set Billing Schedule
Choose when billing begins:
On purchase
On a specific day of the week
On a future date
After a delay
Set Billing Frequency
If using subscription or instalment:
Choose how often the client is charged:
Every X days, weeks, months, or years.
5. Configure Intro Pricing (Optional)
Toggle Intro Pricing to enable:
Upfront fee
Discount rate
Percentage discount for the first X payments
You can also add a setup fee if using subscription or instalment plans.
6. Terms & Conditions
Toggle the options you want to offer:
Allow clients to cancel
Allow clients to pause
Allow clients to request refunds
Add additional terms
If any toggle is switched on, provide the required additional information.
7. Welcome Email
Customise the automated email your client receives after purchasing:
Subject line
Message content
Optional file attachment (PDF, welcome guide, onboarding instructions, etc.)
8. Activate the Service
Review your service settings.
Tap Activate Service.
The service will now appear in your service list.
9. Assign the Service to a Client
Go to your Services list.
Tap into the service you created.
Open the menu (•••) in the top right corner.
Select Assign.
Choose the client you want to assign the service to.
