How to Assign Check-In Photos to Your Client

Check-in photos are created and collected through habits in CoreCoach. Before assigning them to a client, you’ll need to ensure the poses you want to collect are set up and available to use.

1. Ensure Your Poses Are Ready

CoreCoach includes many built-in poses, but if you need any custom poses:

  • Create a new pose before setting up your check-in habit.

  • If you’re unsure how to create a pose, please reference the article: How to Create a Pose.


2. Create a Habit for Check-In Photos

  1. Navigate to the Clients page.

  2. Select the Habits tab.

  3. Tap Create New Habit.

Add Habit Details

  • Enter the Habit Name (e.g., “Weekly Check-In Photos”).

  • Add a Description (optional).

  • Select a Category.

Click Next.


3. Set Up the Check-In Photo Task

  1. Select Task-Based.

  2. Choose Check-In Photo as the task type.

  3. You will now be able to select all the poses you want the client to upload when completing their check-in.

Click Next.


4. Set the Habit Frequency

Choose how often the client should complete their check-in:

  • Daily

  • Specific Days (e.g., Monday & Friday)

  • Every X Days

  • X Times Per Week

Click Next.


5. Set the Habit Timing

Choose when the client should perform the habit:

  • Any Time

  • At a Specific Time

  • Relative to an Activity (e.g., after a workout)

Click Next.


6. Review & Create the Habit

  1. Review all settings, poses, and timings.

  2. If everything looks correct, click Finish.

  3. Your check-in habit will now appear in your Habits list.


7. Assign the Habit to a Client

  1. Select the habit you just created.

  2. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.

  3. Choose Assign to Client.

  4. Select the client you want to assign the habit to.

  5. Set the start date.

  6. Confirm the assignment.

You will now see that the check-in photo habit has been assigned to your client.
