1. Ensure Your Poses Are Ready
CoreCoach includes many built-in poses, but if you need any custom poses:
Create a new pose before setting up your check-in habit.
If you’re unsure how to create a pose, please reference the article: How to Create a Pose.
2. Create a Habit for Check-In Photos
Navigate to the Clients page.
Select the Habits tab.
Tap Create New Habit.
Add Habit Details
Enter the Habit Name (e.g., “Weekly Check-In Photos”).
Add a Description (optional).
Select a Category.
Click Next.
3. Set Up the Check-In Photo Task
Select Task-Based.
Choose Check-In Photo as the task type.
You will now be able to select all the poses you want the client to upload when completing their check-in.
Click Next.
4. Set the Habit Frequency
Choose how often the client should complete their check-in:
Daily
Specific Days (e.g., Monday & Friday)
Every X Days
X Times Per Week
Click Next.
5. Set the Habit Timing
Choose when the client should perform the habit:
Any Time
At a Specific Time
Relative to an Activity (e.g., after a workout)
Click Next.
6. Review & Create the Habit
Review all settings, poses, and timings.
If everything looks correct, click Finish.
Your check-in habit will now appear in your Habits list.
7. Assign the Habit to a Client
Select the habit you just created.
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
Choose Assign to Client.
Select the client you want to assign the habit to.
Set the start date.
Confirm the assignment.
You will now see that the check-in photo habit has been assigned to your client.
