How to add your first client

Before adding a client, ensure your Coach Account is fully set up.

From your Home Screen, navigate to the Clients tab.

1. From your Home Screen, navigate to the Clients tab.

2. Tap the Add Client button.

3. You’ll be taken to a page with two options:

   • Add by Email – Enter your client’s email address. CoreCoach will automatically send them an email with a link to join. When they click it, they’ll be redirected to CoreCoach and connected to you as their coach.

   • Add via QR Code – If you’re face-to-face with your client, they can open the CoreCoach App on their device to display their QR code, which you can scan to connect instantly.

   • Bulk Import (CSV Upload) – You can also add multiple clients at once by uploading a CSV client list. This allows you to quickly import and connect multiple clients in one go.
