How to Update or Edit a Client’s Training Cycle or Plan

If you need to make changes to a client’s training plan after it has already been assigned, please read this carefully.

At the moment, updates made to a plan do not automatically sync to the client’s app once the plan has been assigned.

This includes changes to:

  • The overall training plan

  • Any cycles inside the plan

  • Any workouts inside those cycles

  • Exercises, sets, reps, notes, or structure within a workout

Important

If you edit a plan that is already assigned to a client, those changes will not automatically reflect on the client’s end.

To push the updated version through to the client, you must:

  1. Go to the client’s profile

  2. Unassign the current training plan

  3. Reassign the updated training plan

Once reassigned, the client will see the new updated version.

We are actively working on improving this workflow to allow updates to reflect more seamlessly in the future.
