Walkthrough of how to create a chat

CoreCoach makes it simple to stay in touch with your clients. You can communicate in three ways:

  • Direct Message – One-on-one chat with a single client

  • Group Chat – Chat with multiple clients in the same conversation

  • Broadcast – Send the same message to multiple clients without them seeing each other’s replies

Opening a new chat

  1. Go to the Clients Tab

    • Scroll to the Chat section.

    • Tap New Chat.

  2. Choose a Chat Type

    • Select Direct Message, Group Chat, or Broadcast.

  3. Select Participants

    • Choose the client(s) you want to include.

    • Tap Create to start the conversation.

  4. Send Messages

    • You can send text, images, and videos directly within the chat.

Managing your chats

  • Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner to:

    • Rename the chat

    • Mute notifications

    • View Members

    • Add or Remove participants

    • Delete the chat
