A habit is the one thing a client completes in their app. What the habit collects depends on its type: a tick (Check-in), a number (Metric), a completed form (Form) or progress photos (Photo). This lets you gather check-in data without the client having to go looking for forms or photo uploads: it all sits in their habit list.
What to build first
Forms (Clients > Forms): build the questions once, category Habit. Attach to a Form habit. Read answers under Coaching > Form submissions.
Metrics (Clients > Metrics): use the built-in metrics or create your own with units and a daily-entry rule. Attach one or more to a Metric habit and set targets.
Poses (Clients > Poses): define each photo angle. Attach to a Photo habit.
Then
Create the habit (Clients > Habits > + New habit), choose the type and attach the form, metrics or poses.
Set how often (Daily, Specific days or Weekly) and when (time of day, reminders).
Assign it to a client, or add it to a habit plan with other habits and assign the plan.
One habit collects one type of input. To collect a tick, a photo and a metric together, create a habit for each and group them in a habit plan so they are assigned and tracked as a set.
