To create a new habit, start by navigating to the Clients tab. At the top of the screen, tap Habits. This will take you to the Habits page, where you’ll see a range of pre-built habit templates you can use. If you'd like to create your own, tap the New Habit button in the bottom-right corner.

Lets walk through how to do it.

1. Habit Details

Enter your Habit Name, Description, and select a Category. Once you’ve added your details, tap Next.

2. Habit Type

Choose whether the habit will be Task-based or Numeric-based.

  • Task-based: You’ll move to the next screen where there are no additional options — simply tap Next again.

  • Numeric-based: You’ll be taken to a page where you can set a target value for how the habit is measured. You can choose between metric or imperial units. After entering the target, tap Next.

3. Set Frequency

Choose how often the habit should be completed. You can set it to:

  • Daily

  • Specific days of the week

  • Every X number of days

  • X times per week
After selecting the frequency, tap Next.

4. Set Timing

Now choose when the client should perform the habit. You can set it to:

  • Any time

  • A specific time of day

  • Relative to an activity (e.g., after a workout)

Tap Next to continue.

5. Review & Finish

You’ll now be taken to the Review page, where you can check all details and make any final changes. If everything looks correct, tap Finish to save the habit.

Your new habit will now appear in the client’s habit list and begin tracking according to the settings you selected.
